We use your information solely to operate and improve the Lobas platform:

• Team Management — Roster organization, lineup planning, scheduling, and availability tracking
• Communication — In-app notifications, announcements, and optional SMS alerts
• Coordination — Ride sharing, volunteer coordination, and event logistics among team members
• Platform Improvement — Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS Notifications

What messages include:

• Game cancellation and schedule change alerts
• Availability reminders for upcoming games
• Critical team announcements from coaches

Message frequency: Varies based on team activity, typically 2–6 messages per month during the season.

Opting in: You can enable SMS notifications in your account’s notification settings. You must provide your phone number and explicitly consent to receive messages.

Opting out: You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message
• Updating your notification preferences in the app

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Sharing

Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Within your team — Coaches and parents on the same team can see relevant roster and scheduling information based on their role
• Service providers — We use trusted service providers to deliver core functionality such as messaging and authentication, under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation

We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Lobas employs modern industry-standard security practices including:

• Zero Trust architecture — All access is authenticated and verified, with no implicit trust granted to any user or network
• Encryption — All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest
• Access controls — Role-based access ensures users only see information relevant to their role (coach, parent, player)
• Authentication — Secure, passwordless authentication via one-time passcodes

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously monitor and improve our security posture to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Team and game data may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes after account deletion.

8. Children’s Privacy

Lobas is designed for use by coaches and parents managing youth soccer teams. Player accounts for minors are created and managed by their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you believe a child’s information has been collected without appropriate consent, please contact us at support@lobas.ai and we will promptly remove it.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information stored in your account
• Update your information through your profile settings
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
